Rescheduling
Rescheduling with at least 48 hours' notice is free, subject to availability.
Late cancellations
Any late-cancellation or lockout fee (for example, if our team cannot access the property) will be disclosed in your quote before booking. No fee is charged unless it was disclosed and agreed in advance.
Refunds for prepaid services
Prepaid services cancelled with the required notice are refunded in full to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Recurring plans
Recurring plans may be cancelled per the notice period in your service agreement.
Cancellation by us
If we must cancel due to weather, safety or other circumstances, we will reschedule or refund any prepaid amount for that visit.
