Summit Commerce Store LLC provides janitorial and commercial cleaning services as described in your confirmed quote or service agreement.
Booking conditions
A booking is confirmed only after we provide written confirmation of scope, date and price. Submitting a request through the website does not create a confirmed booking.
Payment obligations
You agree to pay the confirmed price plus any applicable taxes and agreed additional charges according to the payment terms on your quote or invoice. Late payment terms, if any, will be stated on your invoice.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide safe and timely access to the premises
- Disclose hazards, sensitive areas or fragile items
- Secure valuables and confidential materials
- Provide accurate property information for quoting
Limitations of service
We do not handle biohazardous waste, hazardous materials, or work requiring specialized licenses unless expressly agreed. Some stains or wear may not be fully removable. Work at unsafe heights or in unsafe conditions may be declined.
Concerns
Please report any service concern within 24 hours of the visit so we can review it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
