Scope of work
The specific tasks, areas and frequency for each engagement are listed in the written quote or work order issued to the customer. Work outside that scope requires written approval and may incur additional charges.
One-time services
One-time services are performed on the confirmed date and are billed per the quote.
Recurring services
Recurring services continue on the agreed schedule until cancelled by either party with the notice period stated in the quote (if none is stated, 14 days' written notice).
Scheduling
Visits occur on agreed days and times. Holiday or weather-related changes will be communicated in advance where possible.
Agreed pricing
Pricing is as stated in the confirmed quote, plus applicable taxes. Price changes for recurring services require at least 30 days' written notice.
Supplies and equipment
Responsibility for cleaning supplies, consumables (such as paper products) and equipment is stated in the quote.
Quality concerns
Concerns should be reported within 24 hours; we will review and, where appropriate, re-clean the affected area.
